3. Our two-hour group workshop overflowing with our strengths definitions and specific examples to help you adjust language in your cover letters, resumes, and interviews!

Why do I need to take the assessment?

The CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) assessment helps you identify your Top 5 strengths out of 34 options.

There are many assessments out there, but CliftonStrengths provides the most complete, unique results that help create some "ah-ha moments." Many individuals appreciate the results because, while a few strengths may surprise you, the most rewarding part is using this new language to better articulate what value you bring to any relationship (personal and professional), why you may struggle in certain situations, the environment you best thrive in, and so much more.
