360° Review Process

Our 360° review process takes about 1 month from start to finish. We guide you through the process, provide communication to share with the person receiving the review, as well as all the individuals providing feedback. All individual feedback is provided and aggregated into a report that a Partner2Learn coach reviews with the individual. We couple the report with other resources, including CliftonStrengths and our GROW resources to help identify actionable steps to take from the 360° report.
